Everything In Its Right Place Studios LLC ("EIIRP Studios," "we," "us") is a Wyoming limited liability company that sells digital productivity templates and workflow tools. Our website is everythinginitsrightplace.studio.
Our products are downloadable digital files (spreadsheets, PDFs, and similar documents). When you complete a purchase you receive a license to use the files in your own business. You do not receive ownership of the intellectual property contained in the files.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased files for your own internal business operations. You may customize the files for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files with anyone outside your organization. One purchase covers one user. If multiple people in your organization need access, each person needs a separate license.
Our products are workflow templates and operational tools. They are not accounting advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice. We are not a CPA firm, a law firm, or a licensed advisory practice. You are responsible for consulting your own licensed professionals before relying on any template in a client engagement or regulatory filing.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record). Prices are listed in US dollars. After payment, you will receive an email with a download link. Download links are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If your link expires, contact us and we will send a replacement.

All content, designs, formulas, and text in our products remain the property of EIIRP Studios. Your purchase grants a usage license, not ownership. You may not claim our work as your own or remove any attribution from the files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EIIRP Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price you paid for that product.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
