If The Solo Bookkeeper Operating Kit is not right for you, we will refund your purchase in full within 14 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked.
Reply to your order confirmation email, or write to hello@everythinginitsrightplace.studio with your order number and the word "refund." We will process your refund within two business days.
Refund requests received more than 14 days after purchase are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you received a corrupted file, a broken download link, or a product that does not match the description on the sales page, we will make it right regardless of timing.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
